Foundation Mortgage Holdings is a Florida Based Mortgage Brokerage. Established in 2015, we offer a full spectrum of correspondent programs, including:  Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA Financing.  HARP, Reverse Mortgages, Jumbo Loans up to 30MM, Foreign National Mortgages, Commercial Lending, and Hard Money.  Due to our geographic footprint we have developed an exceptional Condominium Department and we specialize in both Fannie Mae warrantable and non-warrantable condo financing. 

Experience
Our Mortgage Brokers are all fully licensed both nationally and on the State level through the NMLS.  We provide annual continuing education and internal training to ensure our Bankers informed on the latest programs, trends, and tools to distinguish them from their industry peers.  We take a very proactive approach and persistently follow-up with the parties involved in your transaction to ensure that your loan progresses in a timely and efficient manner.  If something unexpected arises during the process, or at closing you are in need of explanation of one of the many documents you will be signing to complete your transaction, it is reassuring to have a Foundation Mortgage Broker as your advocate.
